Listino per Categorie

Dal menù principale, posizionandosi sulla voce “Listino x Categorie” e selezionando dal menu “Opzioni / Enter”, si accede al display contenente l’elenco completo di tutte le categorie dei prodotti trattati.
Con i tasti cursore su/giù, si scorre l’elenco.

List for Categories

Tabella Articoli

Selezionata la categoria dal menu “Listino x Categoria”, si accede alla “Tabella Articoli”, dove, vengono elencati tutti gli articoli appartenenti alla categoria prescelta. Le colonne della tabella sono rispettivamente:

• Codice;
• Descrizione;
• Prezzo.

In fondo al Display, viene mostrata la descrizione dettagliata di ogni singolo articolo selezionato.

Chart Articulates

Selected the category by the menu "List x Category", the is entered to "Chart Articulates", where, all the belonging articles to the select category are listed. The columns of the chart are respectively:

• Code;
• Description;
• Price.

After all to the Display, you/he/she is shown the description detailed of every single selected article.

Scheda Articolo

Cliccando su una determinata voce della “Tabella Articoli”, si accede alla scheda dettagliata dell’articolo, dove, vengono visualizzati:

• Codice;
• Descrizione;
• Prezzo iva escl;
• Ricarico;
• Imponibile;
• Importo;
• Quantità.

Attraverso la “Scheda Articolo”, è possibile effettuare ricarichi in percentuale sul prezzo di listino del prodotto. Una volta effettuato il ricarico, è possibile aggiungere l’articolo ad un preventivo.

Preventivi

Dal menù principale, posizionandosi sulla voce “Preventivi” e selezionando dal menu “Opzioni / Enter”, si accede al display contenente l’elenco completo di tutti i preventivi salvati precedentemente.
Con i tasti cursore su/giù, si scorre l’elenco.

Preventive

With the keys cursor on / down, he flows the list.

Seleziona Preventivo

Sul display “Preventivi”, scorrere l’elenco dei preventivi (se presenti) e selezionare il preventivo desiderato. Tutti i dati del preventivo saranno caricati in memoria, e da questo momento è possibile visualizzare il preventivo, i dati del cliente a cui è intestato il preventivo, modificare, eliminare lo stesso preventivo.

Dettagli Cliente

Una volta caricato il preventivo in memoria, dal menu “Opzioni” selezionare la voce “Dettagli Cliente”, seguirà il display “Dettagli Cliente”, che mostrerà l’anagrafica completa del cliente.

Con un preventivo selezionato e caricato in memoria, selezionare dal menu “Opzioni” la voce “Dettagli Articoli”, seguirà, il display “Dettagli Articoli”, dove sarà possibile visualizzare tutti gli articoli caricati sul preventivo in forma tabellare.

Nuovo Preventivo

Accedere al display “Preventivi” dal menù principale, selezionare dal menu “Opzioni” la voce “Nuovo Preventivo”, seguirà, il display “Anagrafica Cliente”. I dati inseriti, verranno utilizzati in fase di stampa.

Stampa Preventivi

Accedere attraverso un qualsiasi PC alla Memory Card del telefonino con connessione via Bluetooth o via cavo. Nella directory principale della Memory Card (root), si trova una cartella denominata “mPreventive”, contenente tutti i preventivi realizzati e salvati. Trasferire la cartella sul PC e aprire il file all’interno con il nome del preventivo desiderato con un qualsiasi web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Opera, Netscape, ecc...). Il browser mostrerà il preventivo con i dati del cliente e tutti gli articoli inseriti.

Print Preventive

Logo Aziendale Sui Preventivi

Se si desidera, è possibile cambiare il logo del preventivo di default con quello della  propria Azienda. Basta semplicemente sostituire il file “Logo.jpg” che si trova nella cartella “mPreventive” con il proprio logo Aziendale, nominando il file “Logo.jpg”.

Logo Aziendale On the Estimates
